The artisan experience extended beyond the plate, with incredible live music by and 🎶 and a standout bar curated by distillery featuring their signature oyster infused gin 🍸 Thanks to the team for being the consummately professional caterers you are and firing up those x6 wok burners for your delicious sweet chilli crab.
Held at, the setting, detail and atmosphere created something far beyond a food event, it felt like a true celebration of Mid North Coast culture and community 🌾
We are only just getting started. Shuck & Shell will continue to grow, drawing guests from across Australia to experience the raw beauty, produce and people of the A big thank you to our major sponsor without there regional event grant we would not have been able to get this event off the ground. Celebrating the fishermen, oyster farmers, and outstanding local produce of Wallis Lake and the Barrington Coast, year two of this event exceeded all expectations. The seafood delivered by the crab fishermen and oyster farmers was world class, and the musical entertainment by raised the bar even higher than last year. Our Bar in year two was again run by distillery and featured their local award-winning oyster infused gin.
The setting, presentation and organisation created at set a new benchmark in regional food event experiences. This was an event equal to the very best food festivals anywhere in the world.
We cannot wait to take Shuck & Shell to even greater heights, drawing crowds from across Australia to our local area while continuing to celebrate the rich food, produce, and cultural identity of our region for our local community.
