These sessions are always so gorgeous, i can't recommend coming and being in the energy of this amazing place enough. Order your lunch before the session and it'll be ready for when we're finished, have a sit in the beautiful gardens and have a wonder through the cloisters and the Great Nave. This incredible building runs through the same lay line as Stone Henge, it's so gorgeous. If you get the chance book onto the hidden in plain sight tour, it's pure magic!

After lots of people telling us they’d love an evening Pilates class, we’re delighted to say Nik’s Wednesday evening sessions are now up and running here at The Monastery!
The feedback so far has been wonderful. People have told us they leave feeling “relaxed, stretched and energised”, that the sessions are “very enjoyable”, and that Nik takes the time to adapt exercises to suit different abilities and experience levels. Several people have also mentioned how welcoming the class feels, with one attendee saying they “felt safe and supported” throughout the session.
For those coming along for the first time, that’s been a common theme too. One participant told us, “Didn’t feel awkward or not up to speed as a beginner,” while another simply said, “The session was great, I will definitely come again!”
Whether you’re completely new to Pilates or returning after a break, Nik creates a friendly, supportive environment where everyone can work at their own pace.
