La mesa de postres se planteó como una extensión natural de su trabajo como decoradores. La idea fue una dulce pasarela donde cinco bizcochos compartían mesa, cada uno con su propio lenguaje, pero integrados dentro de una composición completa junto a los postres, creando una experiencia 360.
Para nosotros, fue un proceso profundamente especial.
