- Brioche Buns
- 1/4 Cup Honey
- 1/4 Cup Buffalo Sauce
- 1/2 Red and 1/2 Green Cabbage (cut into shreds)
- 1 Package Shredded/Matchstick Carrots
- 1/2 Cup Mayo
- 1 Tbsp White Vinegar
- 2 Tbsp Sugar (OR to taste)
- Salt and Pepper to taste
Instructions🧑🏻🍳
- Start by placing your fish in the air fryer for 10 minutes at 400° OR place in the oven on a baking sheet for 20 mins at 425° (flipping halfway through)
- While the fish is cooking, begin slicing your cabbage into thin shreds. Then, mix together cabbage and carrots.
- For the coleslaw dressing: Combine mayo, vinegar, sugar, and salt and pepper to taste.
- Mix coleslaw and dressing together. Allow to rest in fridge while fish continues cooking.
- For the Hot Honey: Combine together equal parts honey and buffalo sauce.
- When the fish is finished cooking, coat in the hot honey, place on bun, top with coleslaw and an extra drizzle of hot honey. Serve and enjoy!
