From my Arangetram in 2015, held during one of Chennaiโs most difficult flood seasons, to performing across different cities and stages, each experience has taught me something valuable. I will always be grateful to my guru Ratheesh Sir and Sandhya Maโam, who stepped in and made my Arangetram day unforgettable.
Over the years, dance has taken me to incredible places and opportunitiesโfrom performing in Malaysia during the ICCR tour, to stages in Mumbai, Trichy, Trivandrum, Kannur, and beyond. Some moments became milestones, like receiving the Nalanda Nipuna Award in Kuchipudi and having the honour of being felicitated by the late Guru Kanak Rele Maโam, a memory I will cherish forever.
Dance has given me much more than performances and awards. It has taught me discipline, patience, resilience, humility, and the courage to keep learning. Every achievement I celebrate today stands on the foundation built by my gurus, mentors, family, and everyone who has supported me along the way.
The journey continues, and I remain a student of this beautiful art form, carrying gratitude in my heart and excitement for all that is yet to come. โค๏ธ๐

But somewhere inside, I knew my heart belonged to dance.
Fast forward to 2015 one of the most unexpected moments of my life. That year, I represented my state at the National Youth Festival and won an award in the Kuchipudi category. I was celebrating the joy of performing, unaware that something surreal was about to happen.
One day, people started sending me messages. Screenshots. Tags. My name was in the CGPSC question paper and I was the answer. ๐ค
I remember staring at the screen in disbelief. The girl who once sat in PSC classes without knowing her direction was now being mentioned in a competitive exam paper because of her journey in dance. Life has a beautiful sense of irony and alignment.
It still feels unreal. But it also reminds me how every experience every detour, every expectation, every choice shapes us in ways we never anticipate.
Itโs been a journey of growth, wins, losses, and countless lessons. And Iโm deeply grateful for all of it. ๐งฟ๐ฉท
