Tonight we thank for everything he has provided for us, memorable goals, assists, energy, consistency, heart and most importantly, his love for Sydney.
All things that are simply unmatched in this league. Four years of the league’s most talented player, the man we had and needed to bring us back to life.
From The Cove to Joe, we wish you nothing but the best and success in the future.
A once in a lifetime player. Thank you🩵
“Ain’t nobody, like Joe Lolley”
A heartbreaking way to go out but we couldn’t be prouder of the boys for turning it around and making it that far against all odds.
Thank you to all our members and fans who stood with us over the season. Your support means everything and without you, there is no home end.
For now, enjoy the off-season and we will see you all soon for season 26/27!
Sydney is right back where we belong! The finals run has been nothing short of spectacular and on Saturday we do it for one final time in season 25/26.

With the away leg semi final set to start at 1-1, everything is on the line up in Newcastle. A fan-favourite away trip in a semi final is a huge occasion and on Saturday we do it all again.
Pack the buses, load your cars and make your way up the highway. Pack the pub early and set the tone for the night ahead and let’s make our presence felt in Newcastle.
Non-stop chanting, jumping and energy is an expectation whether it’s 90 minutes, 120 minutes or even fucking penalties. Time to get this club back on the big stage where we belong.
Pre-game at the Sunnyside Tavern from 3:30pm.
Everyone to Newcastle!
Forza Sydney FC!
Saturday 7:40pm Allianz
Back where we belong in the closing stages of the finals and what a way to get there! Thank you to all who travelled to Melbourne to help get our boys over the line and to get us to this crucial stage.
A home semi-final first leg is a must-win and we must show up to help push the team towards a possible grand final. We’ve been through the highs and lows this season so let’s cherish this huge occasion and make Allianz a fortress once again.
No excuses to not show up this week whatsoever. Bring your mates who might not usually come along and show them why we love this so much. Get to the pub early, fill those fucking bays and make your presence heard for the full 90 minutes.
Pre-game at the Bat & Ball from 4pm.

Forza Sydney FC!
02/05/26.
Original rival.
Elimination final.
We’re back and better than ever! Consistency now building back for to back weeks and a full bay on a Sunday is all the evidence we needed.
Our 11 on the field this week must understand how big this game is. The original enemy, the history and the hatred.
This Saturday we ask for you to show up and bring everything you have. Make up to us from last time and leave everything on that pitch. We spoke after our last trip down south and you provided a masterclass the following week against West Sydney.
We will show up on this short notice and all we ask for is a result. Bring nothing less than 110% effort and do not take a step back. You will get out what you put in.
Pre-match:
Hopscotch Melbourne. From 4:30pm.
Last drinks 6:30pm.
We ask everyone travelling to join us and come together as one.
From trains and cars to that shitty economy seat on the plane that gives you as much leg-room as the gap behind your fridge.
Sydney always show up, Sydney never stop and Sydney will forever be number one.
Fuck Melbourne, Sydney forever.
Sunday 3pm Allianz
A regular season full of ups and downs is coming to an end this Sunday as we play our final home game before finals. Last week you listened to our requests and showed up for our club. This week is no different. Show up no matter the fixture, no matter the form and no matter our place on the ladder.
With a home final to play for, there’s no excuses to bring half an effort. Anything short of 110% will be unacceptable and we cannot claim to be the best without consistency. We go again.
Let’s pack the bays against the fans from across the ditch who so desperately try to mimic us. From their chants to their colours, it’s a fact that they’re simply fans who dream of recreating Australia’s number one active support. Just remember though, we are the harbour city originals.
Pre-game at Bat & Ball from 1pm.
- $1 wings until sold out.
- Pints for schooner prices on all tap beers except Guinness.
Forza Sydney FC!
For a 0-0, we all know how good that was. The noise, the energy, the presence. That’s the level we expect.
But it can’t stop there.
No more “big game” mentality. The standard you set last night is the expectation now. Week in, week out.
One regular season home game to go.
Sunday 3pm against the copycats. A different day, a different challenge, but the same job.
Full bay. Full 90. No drop-off.
You’ve set the benchmark. Now back it up!
It starts with you. Get the ticket, bring a mate, show up again. Number one isn’t a thing without consistency.
#ForzaSydneyFC
Saturday 7:35pm Allianz
Back at home this Saturday against Perth, we kick off with a top 3 spot on the line and finals just around the corner. As we hope you all understood our appeal in our last post, we hope to fill a whole bay bringing consistency and top atmosphere, applying the same mentality as we do for the big games. Just remember- treat every game like a big game and watch us grow.
Don’t make an excuse. Bring that group who loved the derby, give our call-out a chance and be ready to bring the energy back. Start Saturday night off at the Bat & Ball with $1 wings + pints for schooner prices on all tap beers except Guinness.
Full bay, full 90, full voice.
Pre-game at the Bat & Ball from 4pm with specials as mentioned above.
Cove shop from 4:30pm-6:00pm
Forza Sydney FC!
Something else we know? If YOU show up week in, week out, the same people who wake up on derby day knowing all the emotion, passion and hatred for the enemy it brings and carry that into every home game, you will fuel something special. If you think we can’t create the same exact atmosphere for every single game and give into that mindset, you’re simply wrong and you’ve already lost the battle. The teams on the pitch may change every week but that is no reason for the number of fans in the active bays to change too.
It doesn’t only go for us though. This league has its highs and lows, yet here we are. The fans, the heartbeat of this league still trying our best, showing up week in, week out and constantly creating the best atmosphere we can.
We saw it at the World Cup live sites four years ago, we see it at derbies and we see it during finals. It starts with you. Buy that membership, buy that ticket, reach out to your mates, and show up for the whole season, not a game. The hatred may not be the same for a team that isn’t WSW or MV but if the fans show up, our league will grow and that is when consistency forms. Only then will you stop taking derbies for granted and the photos we’ve used tell this tale.
Don’t let it dishearten you though. We ask you to take that leap. From West Sydney away to Perth Glory at Allianz. Buy your tickets and show up for the full 90. Treat every game like a big game and just watch what happens.
Bay 23 must return to old form no matter the fixture. Full from the front to the back. This league must not live and die with derbies, Big Blues or finals series.
See you all on Saturday.
Sydney Forever.
