Spoiler alert, escrito no típico de Año Nuevo pero al final, es el resumen de mi 2023: Este año fue muy difícil para mi (los 6 primeros meses) Justo ahí donde pensaba que la vida no volvería a tener brillo, me tocó tomar acción y elegirme por sobre todas las cosas (y aprender a dejar de pensar que hacerlo era algo egoísta). Nadie te cuenta lo difícil que puede ser una relación muy larga con mucha codependencia. Pero no vengo a hablar de lo malo sino, como de algo negativo puedes sacar algo muy bonito y positivo. Ese gran vacío fue mi empuje, dándome solo dos opciones posibles: la primera, quedarme ahí y rendirme y la segunda (y también mi favorita) levantarme e ir detrás ese nuevo comienzo que siempre había querido. Y aquí estoy, casi un año después, cumpliendo poco a poco cada una de mis metas e incluso aún más. Conociendo nuevos amigos, Reaprendiendo sobre las relaciones (y esta vez, sanas❤️🩹), viajando mucho, conociendo nuevos lugares y abriéndome a conocer personas afines que me hacen mucho bien y dejando el espacio para una persona muy especial (¿Qué si ya lo conozco? Esa será una historia para después). No sé lo que la vida tenga deparado, pero sé que puedo con cualquier cosa y que soy capaz de levantarme una y mil veces más. En resumen, este año aprendí la lección de dejar ir para dejar llegar. Así como también cuidar a las personas que amo y elegir todo aquello que me hace bien y por encima de todo mi paz mental.

Por cierto, si viste las stories, te platiqué que quería ir a la playa en invierno y este fue el outfit que elegí. Pantalón cargo, body tela mesh con estampado, para no morir de frío una blusa térmica negra debajo y un blazer tipo piel, botines negros con suela anti derrapante para correr con los perrihijos (porque una será bonita pero no tan ágil) 🙃

Hace unos meses descubrí esta marca increíble y me enamoré de la calidad, sus detalles, el diseño de sus bolsas. La calidad es muy buena, los detalles son preciosos, puedes verlos en el video. Yo elegí un color verde porque mi estilo se adapta muy bien a los colores brillantes y me encanta dar un pop de color con accesorios, en realidad le estoy dando mucho uso. Mi miedo más grande se cumplió, los seres que amo enfermaron, casi todos en casa excepto mi hermano (Mamá, papá y yo). Tuve mucho miedo y fueron días muy difíciles (aún lo son) ya todo está mejorando.
Aprendí a vivir la vida sin tanto peso.
Que la vida nos hace un regalo cuando aceptamos vivir en el presente, la misma palabra lo lleva implícito PRESENTE= regalo 🎁
Que no sirve de nada planear las cosas con tanto detalle y pasarse la vida atrapados entre el pasado o el futuro. Que el ahora es lo que más importa, y lo único que realmente tenemos.
No te voy a mentir, el miedo, ansiedad, enojo estuvieron también muy presentes y aprendí a aceptar mis emociones sin negarlas y darles un espacio, pero no por siempre.
Un mes del amor y la amistad, que se enfocó en mi caso en trabajar aún más mi amor propio (esta vez desde cama 🥲) y crecimiento personal, agradecer la vida de mis seres queridos y estoy muy feliz por eso y por todo lo bueno que está por llegar.
