Ingredients
Beef strips 300g
Turmeric powder 1/4tsp
Kashmiri Chilli 1 tsp
Pepper 1/2 tsp
Salt
Water 1/4 cup
Mix well and pressure cook for 2-3 whistles
For coating
Corn flour 2 tbsp
Ginger Garlic Paste 1 tsp
Chilli flakes 1 tsp
Kashmiri Chilli 1 tsp
Turmeric 1/4 tsp
Garam masala 1/2 tsp
Fennel seed powder 1/2 tsp
Lemon Juice 1 tbsp
Salt a pinch
Cooked Beef stock gravy
Mix well and add cooked beef and coat it well
Keep it for Atleast 30 mins
Deep fry this in oil in a medium flame
Finally add greenchillies and curryleaves just before taking it from the pan..
