A big thank you to all of you for showing up this morning and completing our 4K together.
What made today special wasn’t just the walk. It was the conversations afterwards. We sat together, listened, shared, supported one another, and created a space where every woman felt heard.
This is exactly what I hope Pinkheart Club becomes: a community built on kindness, connection, and women empowering women.
Thank you for trusting each other, for being open, and for bringing such positive energy to the group. I’m so grateful for each of you and excited to see this community grow.
See you in the next one! 💕
If you’d like to be part of our next walk, follow along for updates and come join us. More walks, more conversations, and more core sisterhood memories await. 🌸

Honestly, this is usually how it goes.
And it’s not because he’s a magical toddler. It’s because of a few habits we’ve consistently followed since he started eating solids.
Before leaving the house, I make sure he’s had a proper meal or snack. I also never leave home without one of his favourites. A banana, boiled egg, homemade cookies, laddoos, ragi moons and stars… there’s usually something in my bag.
So when hunger strikes, I already have an option ready.
And if he asks for something I don’t want him having, I simply tell him, “Aariz, Mama isn’t giving you this because it isn’t good for your body.”
Over time, he’s learned what that means.
Does that mean he never has outside food? Of course not. We eat out, share meals, and enjoy treats occasionally. But muffins, sugary snacks, and random packaged foods have never been a regular part of our home.
I’ve realised that children learn what is normal long before they understand what is healthy.
So no, the mango chia pudding wasn’t really competing with burgers and desserts today.
That choice was built through hundreds of ordinary days, packed snacks, small conversations, and consistent habits. ❤️

By the time I remembered, it had already crossed the “golden brown” stage and entered the “well done charcoal” category 😂
Obviously I couldn’t throw it away, so I did what any sensible person would do…
I slapped some dark chocolate almond butter on it and convinced myself I was eating chocolate and not a burnt pancake 🤌🏻🤤
Honestly, it worked.

The highlight for me was definitely the mutton mandi. The meat was so tender it was literally falling off the bone. The chicken mandi was perfectly cooked too, juicy and full of flavour.
We also tried their lentil soup, fresh salads, cream kunafa, sweet balls and ended the meal with their complimentary chai which was honestly such a nice touch ☕
They currently have an offer that includes:
✔️ Chicken Mandi
✔️ Mutton Mandi
✔️ Chicken Madhbi
✔️ 2 Kunafas
✔️ 2 Sweet Balls
All for AED 119 👀
If you’re looking for a family meal that won’t break the bank, this deal is definitely worth a try.
Save this for your next mandi

Thank you for trusting my art and being part of this beautiful journey💗
There were health setbacks that made me feel disconnected from myself. A body that didn’t feel as strong as it once did. Career breaks, moments of self doubt, sleepless nights as a new mom, missed opportunities, and days when it felt like everyone else was moving ahead while I was trying to find my footing.
But I didn’t give up.
I kept showing up.
Some days that looked like getting through the day. Some days it looked like going for a walk. Some days it meant choosing myself again after putting everyone else first.
Slowly, things started to change.
Not because life suddenly became easier, but because I became stronger, more patient, and more willing to keep going even when progress felt invisible.
Today, when I look at the life I’m building, the runs I’m finishing, the community we’re creating, and the confidence I’m finding again, I realize something:
The biggest win isn’t that everything worked out perfectly.
The biggest win is that I stayed in the game long enough to see things get better.
And for that, I’m proud of myself. 🤍

The same routine, same menu and the same excitement in the kitchen.

Trying to make Sandan do the first time and Calling our moms and grand moms on video call to double check recipes and little details.
We may be away from our home country, but Alhamdulillah for family around us that still makes Eid feel like home ( our henna sessions over the years )
There’s something so comforting about traditions staying the same through the years.
May Allah allow us to experience these moments, these people, and these Eids together with love for many more years to come.
Eid Al Adha Mubarak from ours to yours 🤍
