• 3/4 oz lime juice
• 1/2 oz Jack Rudy Elderflower Tonic Syrup (may sub Elderflower Liqueur)
• 3 Dashes Scrappy’s Celery Bitters
• 2 slices of cucumber

DIRECTIONS: muddle cucumber in bottom of shaker; add ingredients; shake hard 15 seconds; fine strain into ice cold coupé. Garnish with rosemary; light it because the scent is intoxicating 🌿

• 2 dashes Angostura bitters
• Stir; Garnish with Cocktail Cherry or Orange Twist
This drink reminds us of Fall Colors. We all know and love a good whiskey sour. But how about subbing amaro for whiskey? We recommend a lighter, gateway amaro like Averna or Lucano, versus the alpine, medicinal ones. But you can experiment. That’s what it’s all about. Cheers to fall 🍒

• 1 1/2 oz Amaro (we used )
• 3/4 oz Bourbon (we used )
• 1 oz freshly squeezed lemon juice
• 1/4 oz simple syrup (1:1)
• 1 egg white
• Garnish: lemon zest and cocktail cherry

Combine all ingredient in a cocktail shaker and dry shake (without ice) vigorously for 10 secs to fully incorporate the egg white. Add ice and continue shaking until chilled and strain into a double old-fashioned glass filled with ice.
What’s not to love? It’s a bitterly refreshing summer Negroni.

• 1 oz Campari
• 1 oz Sweet Vermouth (favorites include Iris, Dubonnet, Cocchi)
• 3 oz Prosecco

[optional: add “Rizzo” bitters]

In that order, build ingredients one by one into a double rocks glass filled with ice. Quick stir and garnish with fresh orange. Sip. *Ahhhhh* anywhere.
