Cody Thamann is our founder and principal and has nearly 10 years of experience in the luxury single-family market here in South Florida. Fun fact: Cody grew up playing competitive basketball and his travels for the sport lead to an intense interest in the different cities and buildings - ultimately setting him on a path to becoming an architect. (and of course legos!)

Dane Thamann is one of our devoted project managers with an eye for detail and design execution. He graduated with his Masters of Architecture from The Ohio State University before heading down to Miami to join the team. He is currently finalizing his registration exams to become a licensed Architect. Fun fact: Dane is Cody’s brother and right-hand-man and similar to Cody, grew up with a love for the built environment and legos.

Spencer Van Deusen is a project manager and began working on luxury homes in South Florida after his graduation from the prestigious Savannah College of Art and Design (SCAD). Spencer had additional experience in high-end restaurant build outs, historic preservation, and multi-family projects. Fun fact: Spencer has a deep love for east-coast coastal cities and the ever present connection to the water/outdoors - which was born out of boating and fishing on the Chesapeake Bay while growing up.
