**Cacio e Pepe with Uma-mo**
The rich flavor of Uma-mo&Butter,
the savory saltiness of Pecorino Romano,
and the fragrant kick of coarsely ground black pepper come together in this simple yet luxurious pasta dish 🍝
Packed with DHA, it’s a satisfying plate for both the body and the mind.
**Ingredients | 1 serving**
・Pasta: 80 g 🍝
・Pecorino Romano: 40 g 🧀
・Coarsely ground black pepper: a pinch
・Uma-mo&Butter: 15 g 🧈
**Instructions**
1. Boil the pasta in 2 L of water with 10 g of salt.
2. Add 200 g of pasta cooking water and black pepper to a frying pan, then heat to infuse the water with the pepper’s aroma.
3. In a bowl, combine Pecorino Romano, Uma-mo Butter, and 90 g of pasta cooking water. Mix until smooth.
4. Drain the pasta 2 minutes before the recommended cooking time, then transfer it to the pan. Toss gently until it reaches your desired doneness. Turn off the heat and let it rest for at least 30 seconds.
5. Add the sauce and toss well to coat. Do not heat the sauce, as it may become lumpy.
6. Plate the pasta and finish with extra Pecorino Romano, black pepper, and Uma-mo ✨
