Growing up battling acne (from teenage years to adulthood), i never thought that one day i will be able to become a model… especially for one of the biggest korean beauty brands.
After more than a decade of having bad skin, my face actually just cleared up during the pandemic.
Fast forward to this year, 2025, as a mega delusional dreamer (LOL) i applied for this amorepacific summer campaign in Seoul without telling anyone & to my shock, i got it (thank you again to the amorepacific & laneige KR teams for taking a chance on me).
Story how it all happened is in the article above but seriously, this is one of my most favorite moments this year.:)
My biggest regret though is that I didnt see the campaign in person in Korea since I had to fly here to the US to get my greencard. But i’m so lucky my friends went to the stores in Seoul to take photos and videos of everything (plus they hoarded the leaflets for me lol).
Next year, I plan to be more delusional and dream bigger because I’m just a girl who likes doing the most random side quests in life ~
