From the 's Cayenne Drift Taxi to their VR6 Audi RS5, it's clear to see that Vasily loves to channel his passion into creating something truly unique. So when he said, “Let’s drift a Porsche Macan… with an RS6 twin-turbo V8,” we already knew this was going to be fun. Once their calibrator asked us to team up on the wiring side, it was really hard to say no to a project like this.
Here’s the behind the scenes look of how we put together a solid motorsports harness for this wild Macan project.

Each time we visit the shop, we enjoy seeing the level of craftsmanship and love put into these cars. Nothing is ever rushed. Every nut and bolt refinished, every panel stripped, painted and coated, every seal installed fresh...it's safe to say that whenever they complete a build, it's as if the car came out fresh from Stuttgart, but with modern tech.
We like to think we carry the same mindset into our harnesses. It's only fair to do so if you know where the harnesses are going to end up.
With that said, here's a few detailed flicks of the harness for a 930 Twin Turbo controlled by the KV8 managing the following functions:

- Knock Control
- Boost Control
- Dual Lambda
- Turbo Cooling System
- Oil Cooling System
All set to be buttoned up and calibrated by Beau Brown. Excited to see what it'll push!

It's a shame that most people don't get to see the most enjoyable parts of building harnesses-the intricate details, the colorful patterns, the engineering process...all of which gets covered up and sealed with black loom and epoxy.
