“Our philanthropy holds such a special place in my heart. We are so proud and grateful to partner with to spread mental health awareness and provide resources to those in need. Mental Health Awareness Month is such an important reminder to check in on each other, speak openly, and continue to break the stigma around mental health. As Philanthropy Director of Kappa, I am so blessed and honored to serve this chapter and pour into something I am truly passionate about. Walking alongside my sisters who share this passion means everything and more to me. If you are struggling or feeling alone, you don’t have to carry it by yourself. Taking the first step to vulnerably have that conversation is hard, but please know that you don’t have to fight this battle alone. There is so much beauty in opening up, and I promise it is worth it. My hope this month is that we continue to show up for each other.
