Pasta ingredients-
255g 00 flour
170g eggs (roughly 4 eggs)
I used the paddle attachment first to bring it together, then swapped to the dough hook.
Let the dough rest for 20–30 mins before rolling it out to level 4 and running it through the spaghetti attachment.
Cook in a rolling boil for about 4 mins and add your favourite sauce 🤌
Now I fear I may become one of those people that makes pasta from scratch every weekend 😂

Ingredients
1 lamb shoulder (mine was 1.2kg)
Salt
Pepper
Oregano
Thyme
Garlic powder
Olive oil
4 garlic cloves
2 onions
Method
→ Lay a bed of sliced onions in the slow cooker.
→ Place the lamb shoulder on top.
→ Drizzle with olive oil, then season generously with salt, pepper, oregano, thyme and garlic powder. Rub everything into the meat well.
→ Add the garlic cloves around the lamb.
→ Cook on low for 6+ hours (the lower and slower, the better 🤌)
→ Remove the lamb once tender and falling apart.
→ Pour the juices into a saucepan over medium heat and add 1 tablespoon of flour.
→ Whisk until smooth and lump free.
→ Strain the gravy and enjoy!

Creamy Tomato Chicken Pasta!
Ingredients-
1 tin of tomato soup
1 tub of cream cheese
2/3 large chicken breast diced
1 tablespoon garlic
Packet of pasta of your choice.
Method-
- Add tomato soup, chicken & cream cheese to the slow cooker, mix.
- Cook on high for 3 hours.
- Cook pasta (reserve 1/2 cup pasta water)
- Add pasta and pasta water to the slow cooker and mix.
- Cook for a further 30 mins.
Serve!
You could add any veggies etc you wanted.

1 pack mini KitKat bars (18 pack)
100 grams melted butter
250g pack scotch fingers (or similar)
1/2 tin of condensend milk (200ish)
1 Large block of chocolate
Method-
Crush biscuits and add 100g melted butter & 200g condensed milk.
Press into a lined baking dish & add extra KitKats.
Melt chocolate & add to the top. Top with more kinder pieces and refrigerate.

3 tbsp oil
