INSPO: Everything starts with an idea! I pull inspiration mainly from fashion (Pinterest is my go-to) and look outside the hair industry for something fresh. Creating from what I genuinely love, not what everyone else is doing makes the process flow and keeps it from feeling forced.
MOODBOARD: I always create a moodboard on Canva to organize the hair, outfit, posing, and overall vibe. It clears the chaos in my brain and helps my model connect to the vision so we show up aligned.
CONTENT: I’m currently using both the iPhone 15 Pro and 17 Pro. One stays on a tripod, the other is handheld. My husband helps film as well (sometimes on his Canon), but I’m always most drawn to iPhone content!
EDITING: Consistency is everything. I gravitate toward a moodier, low-exposure aesthetic, which makes it easy to stay cohesive. When creativity isn’t forced, the end result is always something I’m proud of!
