Puse a dorar la cebolla morada con aceite de oliva y media cucharada de aceite de sésamo (la receta peruana no lleva sésamo pero a mi me encanta) luego agregué el tomate, soya, y luego la carne, al final le agregue un tercio de taza de consomé de res para más salcita y listo!
Más se tardó en hacer el arroz que la carne, recalenté las papitas de ayer en el air fryer y triunfe demasiado!
Creo que el éxito en la cocina está en ser creativo y tratar de usar lo que ya tenemos en la nevera ❤️
