Всё изменилось к лучшему с приходом Мультяшки: весёлый непоседа не позволяет никому грустить. Он ходит хвостиком за Малышком, копирует каждый жест, каждый поворот головы, и Малышку поневоле пришлось забыть про апатию и "повзрослеть".
Если с Мишуткой Малышок был сладким, послушным повторюшкой, то теперь за ним ходит живой, преданный хвостик, и приходится быть примером, наставником, настоящим взрослым братиком. 🤗

Вчера ты ещё был здесь.
Ты бежал ко мне виляя хвостиком, как будто не 15 лет прожил рядом со мной, а только что родился — свежий, чистый, полный доверия и радости. Ты кувыркался, как ребёнок, — потому что для тебя мир всегда оставался сказкой, а я — твоим главным чудом. Ты смотрел на меня глазами, полными такой нежности, будто знал: всё, что я делаю, — во благо. Даже когда я ошибалась.
А я ошиблась…
Я доверилась. Доверилась «опыту», «диплому», «авторитету» — глупо, тупо и наивно. Я не проверила, как стоит катетер в твоей лапке. Не почувствовала, что что-то не так. А ведь ты всегда чувствовал всё, что касалось меня — каждую боль, каждое тревожное дыхание, каждый невысказанный страх. Ты приходил, ложился рядом, не отходил, пока рана не заживёт. А теперь… теперь я не уберегла тебя от боли.
Из-за неправильно поставленной капельницы — из-за халатности, скрытой за 25 годами «опыта» — началось заражение. Лекарства, которые должны были помочь, попали не туда. Твоя лапка набухла, загноилась, пошло заражение… и яд в течение суток захватил твое хрупкое тельце. Ты ушёл слишком быстро. Так быстро, что я даже не успела ещё раз прижать тебя к сердцу, сказать «подожди», «пожалуйста, останься».
Ты был самым добрым, самым чутким, самым светлым существом на этой земле. Ты не знал злобы, не умел обижаться — ты только любил. Любовью, чистой, как у ангела. Я уверена, ты и был им — посланным мне на время, чтобы я научилась видеть свет даже в самые тёмные дни.
А теперь боль, злоба, отчаяние и пустота разрывают меня изнутри.
Как я могла не увидеть, что тебе было больно? Ты стойко всё выносил — не плакал, не стонал, не жаловался. Ты просто смотрел на меня с той же преданностью, с тем же доверием… Ты верил, что если тебе больно — значит, так и надо. Потому что я рядом, и я всё делаю правильно. А я… я не оправдала этого доверия.
Этой болью я буду жить теперь всегда. Она навсегда останется в моём сердце — как напоминание о тебе, о твоей безграничной вере в меня, о моей непростительной слепоте.
Мишутка… прости меня. Прости за мою глупую доверчивость. За то, что не была рядом в ту минуту,
