2016 is way too much for a post. All of it is ⚡️ Over 10 trainings in loads of countries, always one to the next, present at every moment with such gratitude. Thousand of Guides doing so much good in their studios and beyond, around the world. A secret class for expats while in Dubai for events. Grateful for for giving me a safe, cozy home in every city.
And for endless support and the little Daisy who joined in my belly! Dang! Can we cool it on the throw backs? I’ll need to take a week off to organize if we knew this up.

Sometimes I get a little feisty about softness. It’s getting trendy to soften (yay) but it doesn’t stop at knitting, bubble baths, and taking time for yourself. Softness is a whole dang action, it’s an action, it’s an action, it’s a choice, and not just for the privileged who have the free time to relax, it’s the right choice for how to deal with what is really crazy hard in life.
Make the right choice people, and we can start to do some real good.
