Dass ich mich jemals mit dem Haarausfall anfreunden würde, hätte ich nie gedacht.
Als ich 13 war, hat alles mit kleinen kahlen Stellen angefangen. Ich konnte sie gerade noch so kaschieren, bis sie zum Glück wieder nachgewachsen sind. Und dass es aus der Zeit keine Fotos gibt, erklärt sich wohl von selbst.
Mit 18 hat es wieder angefangen und nach drei Jahren hat mein Exfreund mir das erste Mal die Haare abrasiert. Ich bin sogar zuhause nur mit Mütze rumgelaufen und habe IMMER Perücken getragen, egal wie heiß es war. Ich hatte so Angst, dass jemand das sieht. Dabei hat das eigentlich niemand bemerkt. Zumindest nicht, wenn ich gefragt habe.
In der Zeit habe ich auch angefangen, darüber zu posten. Zu sehen, dass ich nicht alleine damit bin und andere Menschen Kraft aus meinem Content ziehen, hat mir ein bisschen Sinnhaftigkeit gegeben.
Irgendwann kam dann die blonde Perücke und spätestens da war obvious, dass ich Perücken trage, weil ich plötzlich Haarfarben passend zum Outfit gewechselt habe. Trotzdem habe ich mich nie ganz wohlgefühlt.
Meine Haare sind wieder gewachsen und haben unter der Perücke rausgeschaut, also habe ich sie sehr früh weggelassen. Mit meinem Kurzhaarschnitt konnte ich mich erst gar nicht identifizieren, bis die Löckchen länger wurden und ich mir einen Zopf machen konnte.
So lange hat das Ganze aber nicht angehalten. Ziemlich schnell sind wir in die dritte Runde gegangen und ich musste mir dieses Jahr schon wieder die Haare abrasieren.
Mir ging es absolut schlecht. Die Winterdepression hat sowieso gekickt und ich musste einfach raus. Tapetenwechsel: zwei Monate Marokko. Und dieses Mal wollte ich keine Tanlines von den Perücken auf dem Kopf haben.
Ich habe immer weniger Perücken getragen, mich auch nicht schön gefühlt, aber beschlossen, dass es mehr gibt als das. Ich bin kerngesund, konnte viel reisen, allen möglichen Sport machen und ich denke von mir, dass ich ein gutes Herz habe. Das sind die Dinge und Werte, die in meinem Leben zählen.
Mittlerweile trage ich gar keine Perücken mehr. Oft irgendwelche Tücher oder Schals. Nicht um mich zu verstecken, sondern weil ich mich wohl damit fühle🫶🏼👩🏻🦲

Das war sogar das erste Mal dass ich in Berlin überhaupt ohne Perücke draußen war.
Ich war so konzentriert auf meinen Körper, dass ich gar nicht viel darüber nachgedacht habe dass ich „oben ohne“ unterwegs war.
Und dazu habe ich abgerissen, kann mich mal selbst loben an der Stelle 🥰💗😂🤝
Ich war noch nie so schnell, hatte so gute Laune und habe mich super gefühlt beim laufen, hatte einfach Spaß. Dachte eig es werden 2:30 Stunden und es sind 1:58 geworden…
Das Ende war etwas eklig und mein Knie hat sich auch gemeldet aber egal🥰👀
