i used to be the worst nail biter - i would bite my nails even when there was basically no nail left and no amount of nail polish or that horrible tasting thing could make me stop. The only thing that stopped me biting my nails was having them professionally done.
once i had spent money on my nails, i valued them so much more and actually wanted to look after them. Fast forward to 2020 when i began doing my own nails and now, 4 years later i still have lovely healthy nails with long nail beds.
