Recipe ⇩ Anzeige - XMas Chocolate Orange Cupcakes with Choc Dipped Plantain Chips! Sweet-Salty combination on point to give your taste buds something new and exciting!
Try these cupcakes and you will never bake any other flavor combo again.
.
I also honestly recommend the chips. They are the only chips we always have at home for a movie night! But now here's the recipe:
.
Ingredients for 12 Cupcakes
.
200g spelt flour
100g raw cane sugar
4 tbsp cocoa powder
4 tsp of baking powder
300ml oat milk
2 tbsp apple cider vinegar
100g neutral oil
1 tsp organic orange peel
.
100g margarine
150g powdered sugar (sifted)
30g cocoa powder
1 tsp drop orange aroma
.
Orange wedges
1 pkg. of El Origen Plantain Chips Salty
80g dark chocolate
.
How-To:
1. Preheat the oven to 180 degrees.
2. To make vegan buttermilk, combine oat milk and apple cider vinegar. Let this mixture sit for at
least 5 min.
3. Mix the flour, sugar, cocoa powder, baking powder in a bowl.
4. Add oil to the buttermilk and mix it briefly.
5. Use a mixer on low speed and slowly add the liquid to the flour mixture. Mix until there are no
more large lumps but don't overmix.
6. Now fill the muffin cups, make 3/4 full and bake for 15 minutes. Let the muffins cool in the
slightly opened oven. This is how you prevent that they “collapse”.
7. Sieve the powdered sugar and the cacao powder while you add it to the vegan butter. Mix the
batter to a smooth cream using a hand mixer.
8. The muffins must be completely cooled off to apply the frosting.
9. Melt chocolate in a bowl and use it to dip the chips in it.
10. Decorate the cupcakes with the frosting, chocolate chips and orange wedges.

Recipe/Rezept ⇩ Vegan Tiramisu for your Christmas Menu!
.
4 Servings:
.
Buiskuit
70g whole wheat flour
60g wheat flour
30g coconut blossom sugar
30g raw cane sugar
2 tsp of baking powder
130ml water
2 tbsp sunflower oil
.
Cream
400g silken tofu
100g margarine
90g sugar
2 tsp lemon peel
2 tbsp amaretto
1 pinch of salt
.
3-5 tbsp cocoa powder
300ml coffee
.
Optional
100ml oat milk
1.5 tsp agar agar
.
1. Mix the dry ingredients for the dough. Then add the liquid ingredients and mix the whole thing again.
2. Now spread the dough on a baking sheet lined with baking paper or in a brownie pan and bake the sponge cake for 20 minutes in a preheated oven at 180 degrees.
3. To prepare the cream, mix all the ingredients in a blender or use a hand mixer. The silken tofu makes the cream relatively “liquid”. If you want it to be firmer, mix oat milk with agar agar and boil it for 1-2 minutes. Let it cool down briefly and then mix it into the cream.
4. Prepare the coffee and let it cool down.
5. Cut up the biscuit and soak a piece of it in coffee first. Fill your dessert jar of choice with the buiscuit, then cream, then cocoa powder and repeat the whole thing again.
6. Put the dessert in a cool place for 30 minutes and then enjoy!

It doesn’t matter if it’s selfmade, frozen or in a restaurant/as takeaway. I am really curious. I think I could have pizza for four days in a row as dinner. How about you?
