It is with the greatest pleasure that I get to announce: 94 Bull Path is CLOSED!
Anyone that knows me and this property, can understand why I can celebrate this closing to the utmost degree. Not only was 94 Bull Path my first listing of this caliber in the Hamptons, it was a property that presented many unique, time-consuming challenges. One being an extremely difficult seller who through it all, I can now call a good friend and still a royal pain in the ass. (Sam I know you see this and agree lol). Without a doubt, I am thankful that he stuck with me throughout this journey and welcomed to collaborate.
Now that the journey is over, Sam can move on to the next chapter in his life. And my discerning yet patient buyers can finally take occupancy. Although they have already begun to reimagine this property, “The Boxwood” will forever remain a timeless beauty.
