伝統と革新が交差する東京・下町を、
やさしい竹あかりの光で包みます。
すみだリバーウォークや北十間川河川テラスを中心に、水辺に並ぶ竹の灯りが、まちと人の心をそっとつなぎます。
隅田公園には、ワークショップで皆さんが制作した
竹あかり作品も並んでいます。
それぞれの光が集まり、ひとつの物語を照らします。
そして、牛嶋神社ではカラフルな竹まりが宙に浮かび、夜空に広がる光のアーチが幻想的な空間を演出。
参道の先に見えるスカイツリーが、
まるでこの光の物語を見守るように輝きます。✨
また、隅田川沿いのタリーズコーヒー前には
今年もスカイツリーを望む人気のフォトスポットを設置。
川辺の風とともに、竹の灯りが冬の夜をあたたかく照らします。📸
光が流れ、歩くたびに景色が変わる——

Tokyo Downtown Light Journey – TAKE AKARI
A bamboo light installation illuminating the riverside of downtown Tokyo.
Thanks to everyone’s warm support, the event expands its scale this year.
At Ushijima Shrine, colorful bamboo spheres float above the pathway,
creating a breathtaking arch of light beneath the Tokyo Skytree.
At Sumida Park, bamboo lights crafted in community workshops
come together to tell a shared story of light and connection.
And along the Sumida River, in front of Tully’s Coffee Hanakawado,
the popular photo spot returns —
inviting you to capture Skytree reflected in the gentle glow of bamboo.
Produced and directed by KENSHI MISHIRO（CHIKAKEN）,
bringing warmth and togetherness through light.

恩返しになってたらいいな って そんな気持ち。
俺も三城くんも テレビとか取材とか そういうものに対して 鈍感な部分があり
取材の連絡が来た時に 決まるといいねー くらいな ノリだったけど
ちかけんの No.2の ともや が 喜んでくれてるのを聞いた時に 全国の ちかけんを
応援し続けてくれた人が 僕ら以上に喜んでくれるって なんか 嬉しいなって思ったんだよね。
いろんな人に うまくいかないよって 言われた道だったのだけど それでも 俺らを応援し続けてくれた人達のお陰で 僕らは今 竹あかりを作り続けることができています。その人たちへの 恩返しの一部になればいいな。もちろん もっともっと 恩返ししていくんで お楽しみに。
続行で さらに スピード上げて オモロい作品 まだ 誰も見たことのない 美しいを 追求していくので
これからもよろしくって感じで。
誰1人 取り残す事なく それぞれの人生を味わい尽くせる社会へ その道標になるような一灯に命かけていきます。

約20年前にCHIKAKENを立ち上げたときに、竹あかりを新たな日本の文化にって想いを掲げました。
ただ、文化ってなると、どんなに僕らが灯しまくっても、実現できるものではなく、その実現には、日本の各地で竹あかりの作り手が生まれ、自分のまちを灯すことしかないと思って活動してきました！
竹あかりのおかげで、使命を頂き、皆さんに出会え、一緒に日本中に竹あかりを灯すことができていることに感謝しかありません。
今回の放送で、竹あかりのおかげって一緒に話せる仲間がさらに増えることを期待しています！
