山王祭の期間に行われる「山王音頭と民踊大会」の初日を撮影しました。
会場は日枝神社のすぐ近く、山王パークタワー前の広場です。
提灯に照らされた櫓を囲んで、大きな踊りの輪。
昼間はお神輿で賑わっていた一帯が、夕方になると今度は盆踊りの熱気に包まれていました。
実はこの盆踊り、東京の盆踊りシーズンの先陣を切る存在。
踊り好きの間では「盆オドラーのお正月」とも呼ばれていて、ここで一年の踊り始めの挨拶を交わすのが恒例なんだそうです。
たしかに、3〜4曲ごとに次の組へ入れ替わるのですが、どの組も満員御礼。かなりの人気でした。
面白かったのは、最初はなかなか息が合っていないのに、最後の方は初めての人も動きに慣れてきて、踊りに一体感が生まれてくるところ。
見ているこちらまで、つい体が動きそうになりました。

２年に１度だけ行われる、日枝神社の神幸祭。
王朝装束の行列が東京駅の前を通る瞬間は、江戸と現代が交差するようで、ここでしか見られない光景でした。
今年から千代田区のSNSサポーターをさせていただいていて、カメラマンとして参加してきました。
市ヶ谷からスタートして、靖国神社、東京駅、銀座、帝国ホテルまで行列と一緒に移動。
沿道には神輿を引く子どもたちがたくさんいて、靖国神社の巫女さんたちも外に出て見守っていました。
お祭りって、やっぱりどんな人でも見たくなるんですよね。
東京駅ではゲリラ豪雨の直前、ギリギリ本降りになるところで行列が通過。
それまで晴れていたので、関係者の皆さんは本当に大変だったと思います。
総勢約５００人が都心を練り歩く神幸祭は、江戸三大祭のひとつ。
落ち着いた雰囲気なのに、沿道に笑顔を届けるお祭りだなぁと思いました。
神幸祭は終わりましたが、山王祭はまだまだ続きます。

・６月１４日 下町連合渡御（神輿１６基・担ぎ手約１万人が日本橋エリアを練り歩きます）

江戸川の河川敷にある小岩菖蒲園です。
ここの好きなところは、花菖蒲の向こうを京成線が走り抜けていくところ。
花と電車を一枚に収められるスポットって意外と少ないので、
鉄道好きにも花好きにもおすすめできる場所だったりします。
夕方に行くと柔らかい光で全体が包まれるので、写真を撮るなら夕暮れ前の時間帯が狙い目です。
河川敷なので入園無料、京成江戸川駅から歩いてすぐなのも嬉しいポイント。
ちょうど見頃というかピークを迎えているようです。

ここはこれからの季節、あじさいが美しく咲き誇る名所としても有名ですね。
車内からも、そして沿線からも、線路脇を彩るあじさいを間近に楽しむことができます。
ここ数年通って分かったのですが、山を登っていく鉄道ゆえに、箱根湯本駅と強羅駅とでは標高差で咲き具合が全然違います。
ルート全体で同時に満開を迎えるのはなかなか難しく、だからこそ何度も通いたくなる奥深さがあります。
そんなわけで、今年は昨年とはまた違ったタイミングで足を運べたらなと思っています。
風情ある旧型車両（100形）の引退も近いですしね。
静かにシャッターを切れる今のうちに、撮れる機会を大切に収めておこうと思います。
引退が近づいて人混みの中で撮るのは大変でしょうから……。

今年は残念ながら行けそうにない明月院のあじさい。
「明月院ブルー」と言われるあじさいの景色は圧巻です。
この景色が見たくて、開門前には100人ほどの列ができるのがここ数年です。
同じように全面ブルーのあじさいが咲く、
秋田・男鹿の雲昌寺にも行ってみたいのですが、
それだけのために秋田へ行くことができず悩んでいます。
写真を見るとほんとキレイそうですけどね。
いつか行こうとは思っていますが。
無人を狙うなら開門直後か閉門前ですが、
個人的には光芒が出る可能性のある朝のほうがいいかなと思っています。

鎌倉の紫陽花寺の一角、長谷寺。
ほぼ毎年のように行っているお寺さんです。
もう一つの有名な明月院は青一色ですが、
こちらは色とりどりの紫陽花を楽しむことができます。
いちばんきれいなのはあじさいの路。
約40種2,500株のあじさいが斜面に広がり、
ここから見る由比ヶ浜は絶景ですね。
この写真を撮ったのは2023年のこと。
夕立のあとに訪れるという、なかなかできないタイミングで。
いまだこの写真を超えることができません。
まぁ風景は一期一会って言いますし、
写真を始めてそのことを身にしみて感じます。
今年は近くまで行ったけど行けなかった…。
また来年リベンジしたいな。

見頃を迎えた浅草寺の紫陽花です。
紫陽花寺ではないんで、ちょこっと近くに３本ほどあるぐらいです。
雨粒を受けてツヤツヤした紫陽花がまた綺麗でした。
ついに関東も梅雨入り。
これから雨の日が続きますが、雨の日ならではの風景を撮れるので楽しみなシーズンです。

もうすぐ梅雨入り。 雨の日はちょっと外に出るのが億劫になりますが、雨の日にしか見られない景色があるから、実はけっこう好きだったりします。
特に東京の夜は街の光が反射して、普段より輝いて見えるんですよね。 アスファルトや建物の反射、雨上がりのリフレクション…雨の日ならではの美しさです。
もちろん、帰ってから機材を乾かしたりウェアのケアをしたりは大変ですが、撮れ高はかなり高め。 レインウェアを着て、今年の梅雨もまた撮影に出かけたいと思います。

改めて見返してみると、スカイツリーや東京タワーなど、やはり月と何かを組み合わせて撮影するのは楽しいですね。
撮影前にざっくりと場所を確認してから現地に向かうのですが、スカイツリーと月をぴったり重ねるには、数メートル単位で動き回らなければならず、いつもドキドキしています。
最近、満月の日に限って曇ることが多い気がしますが、冬が近づくにつれて晴れの日が増えるはずなので、またチャンスがあれば狙っていきたいと思っています。
撮りたい写真の候補めっちゃあるんですよね。

鳥居があると日本の景色感が出るのでそれが狙いでした。
空がだんだん暗くなるにつれて、薄っすらと彗星が見え始めた時には「あった！」っと声が出てしまいました。
最終的には探さなくても肉眼で見えるぐらいはっきり見えてました。
今週、天気が良ければ西の空に彗星が見えるかもしれません。
ぜひ探してみてください。
