1️⃣To babysittovanie som sa na začiatku musel aj ja odnaučiť. Teraz mi to už trhá uši. Babysittuje teta, strýko, starí rodičia - hoci aj pre nich by som povedal, že je to privilégium, a nie povinnosť.

2️⃣Nedegraduj fit ľudí. Efekt tohto mi docvakol relatívne nedávno. Ja sa snažím hýbať aj dávať bacha na vyváženú stravu a som rád, že aj decká mi hlcú taniere so zeleninou. Ale nebol som vždy taký.
Moja desiata na strednej bývala 2 keksy z mojej zásoby + fanta. Môžem byť rád, že nemám cukrovku, odniesli si to moje zuby.
Naši asi lepšie nevedeli….ale môj otec stále na jedného známeho vravel, že ‘Maroš je fanatik, tie jeho šalátiky a večné cvičenie…preháňa to.’ Maroš je týpek, btw, ktorý má aj dnes, v 60ke, tehličky a postavu fit 40nika. Teraz ho chápem! Jemu to docvaklo už veľmi skoro. No môj otec degradoval jeho lososové šaláty, mozzarellku, činky doma a pod. Lebo on sám tomu nerozumel a dodnes nerozumie. Preniesol to na mňa, pre mňa bol tiež Maroš najprv ‘maniak’. No potom som aj ja začal cvičiť. Na Maroša sme nikdy nemali na lyžovačkách ani na bicykli…asi toľko.
Ukazuj ich ako vzor, nie odstrašujúci príklad, ak chceš, aby dlho a zdravo žili. Odstrašuj zlými príkladmi.
3️⃣A tie lístočky….je to nečakané...dopamín…je to ako reelko s dobrým hookom - nevieš, čo príde. Odkazy si treba nechávať, jak deťom, tak partnerom…na nečakaných miestach 😉
