Summer Looks by
Ингредиенты:
• 30 г свежих дрожжей или 10 г сухих
• 5 ст. л. растительного масла
• 1,5 ст. л. сахара
• 1 ч. л. соли
• 650–700 г муки
• 250 мл тёплой воды
• 200 мл тёплого молока
Приготовление:
Тёплое молоко и тёплую воду смешиваем, добавляем дрожжи и сахар. Даём опаре немного активироваться 10–15 минут.
Затем добавляем соль, растительное масло и постепенно вводим просеянную муку. Чем меньше муки — тем нежнее и воздушнее получаются баурсаки.
Тесто вымешиваем около 15 минут. Оно должно остаться достаточно липким,так и нужно.
Накрываем тесто и оставляем в тёплом месте до увеличения в объёме в 2 раза.
После подъёма раскатываем тесто, нарезаем заготовки и перед жаркой обязательно даём им ещё раз подняться. Они должны стать пышными и увеличиться примерно вдвое.
Обжариваем баурсаки в хорошо разогретом масле до золотистого цвета с двух сторон. Готовые баурсаки выкладываем на бумажное полотенце.
