エントリーしたのは、弟と台湾の親友と一緒に三人で走ったらおもしろいね！とノリで話したのがきっかけ。(いつも単純)
それくらい勢いで決まったフルマラソン。
でも、やるからには本気でと決めて、早朝、仕事終わり、旅先でも走り続けた。
疲れて眠い日も、食事管理してお酒も我慢して、しんどいなぁと思う日もあったけど、走っている時間はすごく心地よくて、逆に救われる時もたくさんあった。
42.195km。
人生で1番しんどくて、楽しい3時間38分。
誘ってくれて一緒に走ってくれた、弟と台湾の親友に心から感謝🫶🏻ありがとう
あーーーたのしかった！！！
P.S. 2週間経って、また走りたいと思ってる自分がいるので、来年も挑戦したいなと思います。がんばるぞ

誰かと過ごす旅行も好きだけれど、
今はひとりでの”旅”を大切にできるようになった。
旅には、感情を隣で分かち合う相手はいない。
でも、旅だからこそできることがある。
それは、”忘れていた自分の感情に気づく”こと。
私たちは日々、仕事や学校など様々な人間関係の中で、
役割を抱えながら生きている。
そこでは、「自分がどうしたいか」よりも、「こう在るべき」で行動を選んでしまうことがある。
でも、それを繰り返していくうちに、自分は小さくなっていく。
そんなとき、旅はそっと
自分の感情へ還る時間をくれた。
成長しようとしなくても、新しい自分を見つけようとしなくてもいい。
ただ、誰かのためじゃなく、自分の感情のままに動いてみる。
それだけでいい。
そこで見つけた景色や人との繋がりは、
自分が自分であったから、出会えたもの。
その出会いは、これからもずっと心を支えてくれる。
旅は、遠くへ行くためのものではなく、
自分が元いた場所へ還るために。
私が、私を好きでいられるように。
そんなことを考えながら、この旅を続けていきたい。

我很喜歡旅行。
我喜歡和別人一起旅行，但現在的我，也學會珍惜一個人的旅程。
旅途中，沒有一個人能在身旁分享每一個感動。
但也正因為是一個人的旅行，才能做到一件事。
那就是，重新察覺那些曾經遺忘的情感。
我們每天都生活在工作、學校，以及各種人際關係之中，背負著不同的角色。
很多時候，我們不是依照「自己真正想怎麼做」去選擇，而是依照「應該怎麼做」去行動。
然而，當這樣的日子一再重複，不知不覺中，真正的自己也會慢慢縮小。
而旅行，總是在這樣的時候，輕輕地帶我回到自己的情感裡。
不一定要成長，也不一定要找到一個全新的自己。
只要不是為了任何人，而是順著自己的心去行動，就已經足夠了。
那些在旅途中遇見的風景，還有人與人之間的連結，
都是因為我忠於自己，才得以相遇。
而那些相遇，也會一直支撐著我的心。
旅行，不是為了走向更遠的地方，
而是為了回到最初的自己。
希望自己，能一直喜歡現在的自己。

誰の目にも、とまらない景色がある。

自分の足で歩いて、どこへでもいけること。
上を見上げたら、青空が広がっていること。
ふと足元を見たら、道端に綺麗な花が咲いていること。
食事をおいしいねって言い合えること。
子どもたちが元気に遊ぶ声が、風に乗って遠くから聞こえてくること。

小さな感謝が日々を少しだけやさしく、あたたかくしてくれる。

前撮りの写真を撮ってほしいとお願いされたのは、一年くらい前のこと。
弟とは小さい頃はよく喧嘩したものだ。
数年間全く話さなかった時期もある。
いつの間にかお互いに大人になり、
気づけば親友のように何でも話す関係になった。
数えきれないほど遊びに行き、時には旅をしたり、色んな話をした。
でも、基本的に用事に誘うのは僕の方からだったから、
今回のように弟の方からお願いをされるのは、ほぼ初めてな気がして感慨深かったのを覚えてる。

ついに結婚式が終わり、大きな節目。
送り出すのは少し寂しくもあり、嬉しくもあり、すごく誇らしい。
いつも面倒を見て引っ張っていくのは、僕の役目だったけど、ふたりならしっかりと前に進んでいけるだろう。
沢山の時間を、思い出を、日々を大切に過ごしていってほしい。
