Visualization Beyond Drawing - Before going, I honestly did not know what to expect. Now, when I think back to those days and try to evaluate each part of the experience, it is difficult to decide what was the most important thing worth sharing. Every part of the course had its own meaning and impact on me,. First of all, the organization behind the whole training course, Brno for You, together with Kačí and Viky, did a really great job. The structure of the course was clear and well balanced. We had enough space to fully focus on the tasks and understand their purpose, while still having time to communicate with other participants and explore Brno. Our trainer, Ani, was incredible. All the activities clearly connected to the goals of the course. At the same time, they were fun and engaging. Throughout the activities, I had many realizations about visualization and communication. One of the strongest lessons for me was understanding how easily symbols can be misunderstood because of our own assumptions and “common sense.” What seemed completely obvious to me was not always clear to others from different countries. It showed me how differently people can interpret the same visual symbol depending on their cultural background and experiences. Another challenge was trying to visualize abstract and untouchable words. Sometimes even our own visualizations changed meaning for us after only a few hours or days. Drawings that originally seemed obvious suddenly became unclear or open to completely different interpretations. The activities helped us discover the real potential of visualization — not as perfect drawing, but as a tool for communication, understanding, and connection. By the end of the course, I realized that visualization is much more about ideas and clarity than artistic talent. Looking back, the training course gave me not only new skills and perspectives, but also inspiring conversations, new friendships, and many memorable moments. I am grateful for the opportunity to be part of it, and I will definitely carry many of these lessons into my future projects and everyday life.

Každý má právo na to sa vyjadriť, súhlasiť aj nesúhlasiť, ale čo keď slová nemajú úplne čistý úmysel?
V takom prípade sa už jedná o nenávisť a tá nemá čo robiť v slobodnom prejave, kde je použitá len ako zbraň na ublíženie a nie na vyjadrenie nesúhlasu.
Ľudia často mlčia preto, že sa nechcú dostať do konfliktu, nevedia, čo povedať, alebo majú pocit, že situácia nie je až taká vážna. Ticho však môže pôsobiť ako súhlas alebo signalizovať, že takéto správanie je prijateľné.
Reagovať neznamená vytvárať hádku. Niekedy stačí pokojne vyjadriť nesúhlas, podporiť človeka, ktorý bol terčom útoku, alebo jednoducho ukázať, že rešpekt voči druhým je dôležitý.
Aj malé reakcie môžu mať význam. Môžu pomôcť vytvárať prostredie, v ktorom sa nenávisť nestáva normou.💬❤️
Tento projekt sme spoluorganizovali s, taktiež sa ako hostia pripojili.
Na čo všetko je dobré mať manuál, keď pracujeme s mladými, načo zostať v práci ešte hodinu po ukončení aktivity a prečo hovoríme radšej o rešpektovaní namiesto tolerovaní?
Z dnes odchádzajú odborníci a odborníčky, ktoré vedia, čo si vziať do ruksaku, keď idú do terénu, ako sa vysporiadať, keď do klubu nikto nepríde a ako na prvý kontakt s mladými. 😌

Hlavnou témou projektu boli digitálne zručnosti a moderné nástroje využiteľné pri práci s mladými ľuďmi. Účastníci sa vzdelávali v oblasti umelej inteligencie, pracovali s AI nástrojmi a učili sa efektívne využívať platformu Canva pri tvorbe obsahu, workshopov a vzdelávacích materiálov.
Veľkou súčasťou projektu bolo aj praktické učenie. Na konci mobility museli účastníci pripraviť vlastné workshopy pre mladých ľudí, ktoré následne realizovali v miestnej škole. Vďaka tomu si mohli nové vedomosti okamžite vyskúšať v praxi a získať nové skúsenosti s neformálnym vzdelávaním.
Pre našu organizáciu bola táto skúsenosť veľmi prínosná nielen z pohľadu vzdelávania, ale aj vytvárania nových medzinárodných partnerstiev. Veríme, že práve takéto stretnutia nám pomôžu prinášať na Slovensko kvalitnejšie Erasmus+ projekty, nové nápady a viac príležitostí pre mladých ľudí.
