This is Mount Pilatus in Switzerland, one of my favorite places for sunrise and sunset views.
You can get there from Lucerne by taking the bus to Kriens, walking to the valley station, and then taking the gondola up via FrΓ€kmΓΌntegg before changing to the Dragon Ride cable car to Pilatus Kulm.
I visited in autumn, when the valleys are often covered in clouds, and the views from the top were unreal. You can even stay overnight at the hotel on the mountain and experience both sunset and sunrise from up here.
Definitely one of my top sunrise and sunset spots in Switzerland.

The Brienz Rothorn Railway is easily one of the most special mountain railways in Switzerland and the world.

β’ Most trains run with historic steam locomotives, which makes the whole ride even better π₯ οΏΌ

This is the biggest thermal spa in the world: Therme Erding π΄π¦ With 40 pools and water basins, 35 saunas and steam baths, and 28 slides in the Galaxy, itβs one of those places where you can easily spend a full day and still not see everything. οΏΌ
I honestly loved how mixed it is here: you get proper spa vibes, huge thermal areas, a wave pool, and then full-on action with the slides. The Galaxy alone has over 2,850 metres of slides, and Big Wave starts from 18 metres high. οΏΌ
One of my personal highlights was actually the food in the textile-free Vital & Sauna area. Thatβs also where Samui Kitchen is, and the sushi there was probably my favourite food spot in the whole spa. οΏΌ
