Feeling pretty good about this 7th place, for a first appearance at 🥳
After a couple successful training sessions, we put down two solid runs in qualifying, placing 4th in Pro class.
Then moved on to Top 16 battles against Salim Aouragh. I set a good lead run, he spun out behind me. Then I played it safe in chase since I already had the advantage.
In top 8 I battled against Christiano Silva, current leader of the championship. I set a remarkable lead run, possibly my best of the weekend, he stayed close with minimal adjustments. In chase I did everything I could to stay in his door, but his car is very fast and I didn’t manage to stay with him as well as he did. He won the battle fair and square.
Overall it was an incredible experience! 💥
