90g unsalted butter, melted
Cheesecake:
400ml double cream, cold
500g cream cheese
450g Nutella
80g icing sugar
Topping:
150g Nutella, melted
3-4 tbsp chopped roasted hazelnuts
Tin size: 8โ springform pan
Refrigerate overnight if possible ๐ Pop back in the fridge after adding the topping if you want the Nutella to harden

1/2 tsp bicarbonate of soda
150g chocolate chips
Cheesecake:
225g cream cheese, room temp
100g caster sugar
1 large egg, room temp
1 tsp vanilla extract
Tin size: 8x8โ
Bake 180C/160C (fan) 30-35 mins - or until the edges are slightly golden and the centre only wobbles very slightly
Leave it to cool fully in the tin and store in the fridge ๐ฅฐ
