If anyone is looking for an idea for a date, ways to take care of yourself - moms and dads TOO, enjoy connecting with others or to just do something positive - I highly recommend Sweat Studios in Kelowna, the staff even made me coffee sis, and they have a child play place did you see that!!! like go check it out!!
I bumped beats in the Bioshack contract therapy room after yoga and absolutely thrived, as you can tell it is the best part of my day 😂 I left my mark with my business card of course on their little cutesy community wall and I felt sooo comfortable going in as my first time, signed an anxious girly lol, highly highly recommend!!
