With we created a ‘back to school’ immersion for guests, covering 3 stages of wellness classes posed as school classes!
We had a SHAKE session with and 💃🏽
Then a HIIT class (BLEND) with - getting the class pumped with Vit C knowledge and Miss Trunchbull (aka ) sending groups to ‘Detention’. 👩🏫
The final stage was BAKE, a complete sensory immersion with live harp by and somatic meditation by 💫
