He will show us how a combination of both movements synchronised with breathing, stimulates & boosts energy, eases tension and cultivates a relaxed focus.
There will be a delicious vegetarian soup for lunch, breads, picks, cheeses crackers and fruit. The produce is grown on the estate and cooked by their amazing chefs. A cream tea will be served in the afternoon.
A 60 minute spa treatment is included. Indulge in a treatment from a list of massages and facials, the most popular being the Wellness Package, which is 30 minute back, neck and shoulder massage plus a 30 minute facial.
