Ich hab mir so oft den Kopf zerbrochen, wie man einen Song schreiben kann, der Boris gerecht wird – oder überhaupt „den Guten“, die viel zu früh gehen. Ohne Kitsch, ohne Pathos. Echt. Jedes Mal bin ich mit Anlauf gescheitert. Und das tat mit in der Seele weh, weil ich das Gefühl hatte, nichts zurückgeben zu können. Umso dankbarer bin ich, dass Wally diese Hymne geschrieben hat – für Bo und all die anderen großartigen Menschen, die schonmal vorausgegangen sind.
Bestimmt wissen viele gar nicht, dass Bo, Wally und ich seit fast 25 Jahren beste Freunde sind. Wir haben unzählige Nächte in unserer Stammkneipe verbracht, Bierchen (und den ein oder anderen Melonenschnaps) gezischt und Pläne geschmiedet, die manchmal sogar funktioniert haben.
Jetzt hatte ich die Ehre, das Video zu „Die Guten“ zu schneiden. Und irgendwie schließt sich damit für mich ein Kreis. Wally und ich sind uns sicher: Bo feiert das bestimmt ab (und ist genervt, dass ich wieder viel zu viel schreib für n Post und dann noch zu der dümmsten Uhrzeit).:D

Mir gings übrigens früher ziemlich auf die Nüsse, wenn die Leute ihre Gefühlswelt in den sozialen Medien ausbreiten, da man oft keinen Bezug hat, sich dann trotzdem irgendwie komisch betroffen fühlt. Und jetzt steh ich selbst hier und mach genau das.
Also halt ich’s kurz: Geht raus mit euren Liebsten. Klärt alte Geschichten. Genießt die Zeit, die ihr habt. Wie auch bei uns, kommt das Elend selten mit Ansage.
