This residential building is designed with a neoclassical approach and inspired by grand European architecture; an attempt to recreate grandeur, symmetry, and elegance in a contemporary form. The main concept of the project is based on vertical monumentality and clarity of proportions, so that the building shines as a distinctive urban landmark within its surrounding context.

The approach is rooted in reduction distilling the design to its spatial essence by eliminating the unnecessary and emphasizing elements that reinforce architectural identity. Contrasts between mass and void, light and darkness, solidity and softness are employed as expressive tools to achieve spatial balance. Light is treated not as decoration, but as a structural component in articulating the architecture.

The Qods Project has been designed with a contemporary and minimalist approach. The selection of materials was based on harmony, durability, and the creation of balance. The combination of light and dark surfaces creates a controlled contrast that adds depth to the space. برای تقویت کشیدگی بصری ساختمان، عناصر عمودی تیره و تیغههای عمودی (Vertical Fins) در لبهها و بین پنجرهها استفاده شدهاند. این عناصر نهتنها ریتمی منظم و منسجم ایجاد میکنند، بلکه بهعنوان ستون فقرات بصری نما، حس ارتفاع و انسجام فرمی پروژه را تقویت مینمایند و نقش مهمی در سازماندهی کلی الگو نما دارند.
To enhance the visual verticality of the building, dark vertical elements and vertical fins have been employed along the edges and between the windows. These elements not only create a regular and coherent rhythm but also act as the visual backbone of the façade, reinforcing the sense of height and formal cohesion of the project, while playing a key role in organizing the overall facade pattern.
