It was a bucket-list experience for me to enjoy an afternoon and sunset from a traditional boat called “Llaüt” in Mallorca, basking in the warm sun, and swimming in the salty Mediterranean sea🥹 I’m so grateful I got to experience it on my birthday this year with 🧡

4 years ago we fell in love with Costa Rica and decided to make this paradise our new home😍

To start a new life in a new country is not an easy process and we could have never done it without the right support.

Postcards from our beautiful stay at 💙

In the heart of Playa Guiones in Nosara, only steps away from the beach, we found this luxurious and tranquil oasis🌿

What stood out to us was the super friendly staff that made us feel at home❤️ as well as the delicious food and drinks served.

The residencies come with a fully equipped kitchen for those who like to stay in for dinner, but there are also many restaurants within walking distance from the hotel.

Overall, it was our favorite little getaway in Nosara, perfect to celebrate my birthday, meet up with friends, and enjoy a bit of luxury and wellness✨

We went on a little getaway to Nosara and stayed at the beautiful, luxurious 💙

We had the best time enjoying the rooftop pool and the minutes walking distance to the beach and restaurants 🌴 something we usually don’t have and appreciated a lot!

When it started raining in the late afternoon on my birthday, it was absolutely perfect to enjoy the Sauna & Cold Plunge in our room and make a wellness afternoon✨

Even though I got a year older, I felt like new born when we left🥰 thank you for having us Silvestre Team!

We can’t believe it finally happened😭 our residency application got accepted after 2 years🙏🏼 and now Costa Rica is officially our home!

It’s been over three years of living here and these were the most incredible years of our life🥹 the whole process included finding land, getting permission for a water well, installing a solar system, planning & building a house and a guest house, planting over 50 fruit trees and countless other plants🌿

But what’s even more important than that are all the magical moments we got to experience in this country🥹✨ the wonderful people we met, the countless waterfalls we explored, the incredible empty beaches we found, living and traveling with our bus, all the wildlife we got to observe and simply the incredible magic of Costa Rica’s abundance of natural beauty💚

Thank you life for leading us here to our new home✨ We can’t for all the magic that is coming in our new life.

We have been to Mexico a couple of times already and to different parts of the country, and we have always loved traveling in Mexico🌵☀️, but when we first arrived in BAJA, we already knew this place was special✨

TODOS SANTOS🌈🌵

During our Baja Adventure, we only had a day to spend in Todos Santos, but we fell in love with this colorful town✨ Next time, we will stay there longer, that’s for sure🥰

Here are our tips for when you visit:

1. cafe is the cutest spot with a lovely garden to have a coffee or an excellent breakfast before you start exploring the town☕️

2. Calle Centenario is the most colorful stress in town with lots of lovely photo spots📷

3. Todos Santos has lots of cute boutiques with handmade crafts. Make sure to plan some time to stroll around town🛍

4. Drive down to the beach for lunch or dinner at 🌵 it’s a beautiful boutique hotel that has 3 different restaurants (one for lunch at the beach, another one for dinner, and one farm-to-table garden restaurant)

5. If you drive down to the beach, you will enjoy the most beautiful landscapes full of cacti😍🌵 make sure to stop and enjoy the views!
