1 oz pineapple juice
1/2 oz grapefruit juice
2/3 oz cinnamon syrup
Tonic water
Garnish: fresh grated cinnamon, pineapple frond
DIRECTIONS:
Combine all ingredients minus the tonic water in a shaker with a small amount of crushed ice and whip shake. Open pour into a glass over ice and top with a splash (1/4 to 1/2 oz) of tonic waterโthis gives it a little extra flavor and froth. Add garnish.
