حضرت فيه وصفة مخشي الكوسا بالطحينة وطريقة تحضير لب الكوسا ولكن الريل القادم رح يكون طريقة اللب.
بدكم لحمة مفرومة خشنة تقلب مع بصل مقطع وملح وفلفل اسود ورشة قرفة. وبنحشي الكوسا وبعدين شوي عشرين دقيقة في زيت زيتون مع التقليب حتى يتحمر وبعدين نضيف الكوسا المحشي والمشوي على صلصة الطحينية(الطريقة في الهايلايتس ) وتخبز لمدة عشر لربع ساعة ما تتركوا الطحينية تجمد لمن تكون مرقة اطيب 😍😊 تتقدم مع أرز او تغميس ❤️❤️اتمنى تجربوها وتعجبكم ❤️❤️❤️

For the stuffing
Ground beef browned with yellow onions and seasoned with salt black pepper and a dash of cinnamon 😋 here. I added some diced tomatoes after stuffing. I baked it on parchment paper drizzled with olive oil and sea salt for about 20 minutes. the tahini sauce is my highlights 👌 then bake for 15 minutes.serve with rice or pita bread.
