Since 2011 til now, I keep creating and evolve my own artwork, from nostalgia / fantasy-theme artwork, to animation poster-like as you seeing now. My style have shift again and again, but all I want is bring back the goodness of my childhood memories, giving it to peoples much as possible, spreading smile & sharing myself favorite always my biggest goal of all time.
I found on my own work is always stick with topic of “Knight” or “Brave protagonist” They are appearing on sketch automatically before i know myself. This is might reflex both my experience in video game that i used to play (with a lot) and reflex on my personality.
I grew up in term of fragile situation that affect both for physical and mind, I known deeply I want to be stronger and more bravery in somehow, but I really don’t know how I can be, except escape the reality, using in everything to distract from loneliness, one thing that i felt i pick correct is starting create “Art”
At the beginning it was create for speaking to myself, for only me. Once my skill have improve, I think is that the time to share to my close friends, and more friends, showing to teacher, and slowly speared to public in later. I think I got lucky, more ppl than i expected are interest what i doing. then i thing this might helping me to deriver what i want to tell, and also become motivation thing and it can giving playful vibing when saw it. Suddenly I grab this will to one goal of my life.
“We Are Survivors” is truly full of my sprit, I was re-sketch and re-design of animation in countless times before you see the final. the piece is showing how fast the market turn good & bad, yes mostly turn immediately.
