Hallo, ich bin Maria, und Essen war schon immer meine Art, die Welt zu entdecken.
Ich habe über 60 Länder bereist – in der letzten Zeit mit meinen zwei Kindern, die jede Reise mit ihrem Sinn für Abenteuer (und Hunger) bereichern. Dabei habe ich lokale Küchen und Traditionen erkundet und nach authentischen Geschmäckern gesucht. Es gibt kaum etwas, das ich nicht mochte – obwohl fermentierte Milch und Quark in der Mongolei wohl nie mein Ding sein werden 🤪.
