Otis had surgery two weeks ago, but that Monday we noticed things weren’t going well.
We had to go back to the hospital for more tests, and unfortunately a couple of days later we got the news that Otis had cancer. It’s called lymphoma, and honestly, that’s the worst kind a dog can get.
Ever since then, Otis declined very rapidly. He lost his appetite and didn’t want to cuddle or go on walks anymore. So, we gathered everyone he loved so much to give him his last kisses, pets, and cuddles.
On April 12th, Sjoerd and I had to make the heartbreaking decision to let Otis go. It all happened so fast, and we’re devastated… But it was the right thing to do. He was so, so loved, and I cannot express in words how much we are going to miss him. 😔🤍��Dag lieve snoet, you are forever loved and cherished. 🕊️
Personal work so easily gets lost in between client projects and everything else, but this time I really wanted to follow my intuition, experiment a bit more, and just enjoy the process again. 🌞
The series became a gentle reminder to do more of what makes life feel full. Each piece holds a small message - about creativity, freedom, and showing up fully as yourself.
