Facile et rapide à faire pour le goûter!
Ingrédients:
* 1 yaourt nature
* ��3 œufs
* ��2 pots de sucre
* ��3 pots de farine
* ��1 sachet de levure
* ��1/2 pot d’huile de tournesol
* ��1 gousse de vanille fendue et grattée
Recette:
* Verser un yaourt dans un saladier à l’aide du pot de yaourt, mesurer 2 pots de sucre et ajouter au yaourt.
* Mélanger puis ajouter les œufs entiers en une fois.
* Fouetter et mesurer 3 pots de farine pour les ajouter à la préparation. Mélanger à nouveau.
* Finir par 1/2 pot d’huile, le sachet de levure et les graines de la gousse de vanille.
* Terminer en melangeant delicatement avant de verser dans un moule beurré et fariné.
* Préchauffer le four puis faire cuire à 165 °C pendant 40 minutes environ.
* Pour vérifier la cuisson, planter un couteau dans le gâteau, il faut que celui-ci ressorte propre.
* Laisser refroidir quelques minutes puis démouler.
