Deze keer gaat de pot think tomato naar Nena van.
Graphic designer, top fotograaf (waaronder ook al voor think tomato!). En bovenal een zalig persoontje met het meest kleurrijke huis ooit!❤️
Nena maakte dit heerlijk gerecht met kip en couscous.

Ingrediënten:
1 pot think tomato
400 gram kipfilet
Couscous
Gember
Handje vol koriander en munt
4 wortelen
Currypasta
Rozijntjes
Snij de gember, wortelen en de kruiden fijn.
Bak de kip in een beetje olijfolie tot ze mooi goudbruin is.
Voeg de gember en wortelen toe aan de kip, samen met een beetje currypasta.
Voeg de think tomato toe en laat het geheel even sudderen.
Doe de kruiden erbij en meng alles goed door elkaar.
Doe de couscous in een kom, samen met de kruiden en rozijntjes, en giet er kokend water over. Laat even wellen.
Serveer alles samen en eet smakelijk!
