The formal entrance hall provides convenient access to both the public and private spaces, as well as the discrete powder room, rear patio loggia and yard. Formal living room, anchored with its cast concrete fireplace encased in exquisite wood paneling, formed concrete ceiling beams and french doors to the outdoors. The adjacent den provides for more casual lounging – with copious natural light and fireplace. Opposite, the dining room also provides exterior access and direct connection to the butler’s pantry and adjoining chef’s kitchen – both updated for more modern living.
An elegant U-shaped stairwell highlighted by an oversized tudor picture window leads to a second level landing and secret ‘Elevette’ elevator that rises from the floor. Spacious primary bedroom with fireplace provides proprietary access to an outdoor balcony deck for viewing and respite. Upstairs guest bedroom with bathroom ensuite, as well as two additional bedrooms with a jack & jill bathroom configuration.
