Two weeks ago I was walking along the sidewalk and there was just a little bit of snow collecting โ๏ธ. I didn't realize that there was also a little bit of ice ๐ง. Anyways I went flying and landed on my back ๐ค. Thank goodness the only injury I had was my ankle. It's a little stiff right now, but with some simple stretching it's coming back.
As I was stretching in this video I remembered what my mom used to say in her dance classes with her kids, stretchy stretchy one foot, the other one does the same... There's more to it, but at this moment I can't remember. Hopefully it will come back to me.
I'll be 42 this week, which is why when this all happened I told myself, even though you're more or less okay to walk, go home for ice and rest, otherwise you'll make it worse. I'm no spring chicken anymore ๐
