White for me is an immacutely structured happy perfume that reminds me of an elevated iris/orris, musk combination with a twist. It is bright and I could go into listing the top, heart and base notes but surprisingly this perfume can change like a chameleon. It’s musky, floral but also has grounding notes of sandalwood, a pinch of vetiver and vanilla along with Tonka. It is by far an elevated perfume that is my number one pick among fragrances like Valaya Exclusif. The potency is impressive with results lasting over 24 hours for me on whatever piece of clothing I was wearing the day before.
It is strong but so inoffensive. I get so many compliments when I’m out and about. The price is definitely hard to bear but since deciding this year to collect with intention I’ve found I’ve been able to acquire the higher priced bottles easier than last year when I was just buying everything and anything. I’ve been through all phases of this perfume addiction for me so I’m happy to finally be in a more balanced phase now if you know what I mean. I’m a total water sign oversharer so I thank each and everyone of you for always being so positive and supportive to me. Thank you truly for this community. I hope you all have a lovely weekend. It has a harsh synthetic quality about it that actually makes me sad that this is new Guerlain fans introduction to what is for me a top scent in my whole collection. It is so heavy on my heart to disparage Guerlain in anyway but I must be honest.
The note structure is supposed to make this the scent of the feeling of a wedding veil. It’s fleeting. For me the Angelica is sharp and far too green and the notes are just mashed together with a heavy synthetic musk overpowering it all. Orange blossom is almost non existent along with the rose. I also detect zero incense and no patchouli in the base. It’s just a whiff of vanilla and heavy musk. I find that when I smell this fragrance it creates a large amount of Guerlain Purist angst for me. As my favorite house I always want every fragrance to be a hit.
Save for the Bouquet de la Mariee bee bottle if you want this fragrance is my honest advice.
Again, so sorry to be a bummer upon my return but one of the new scents from this line I do love and hope to review soon Eau de Popeline is wonderful while I find this to be lackluster. Longevity is moderate for me but I’m so glad I was able to find this because it’s such a nostalgic perfume for me. The scent’s natural elegance makes reapplication feel part of the experience rather than a flaw.
If you love photorealistic white florals and want a magnolia fragrance that feels artistic, graceful, and emotionally evocative, this perfume is a standout. It’s less about making an entrance and more about creating an atmosphere — soft sunlight, white petals, and timeless beauty bottled with remarkable restraint.

I would definitely give this new Easy Bake Intense a try if you are into cherry, caramel milk which to my nose makes it a lot more creamier and not so overpowering. The white florals are beautifully blended in and make a soft touch almost like a cloud of delicate petals. Vanilla Bourbon is the base and as I discussed earlier I am a huge fan because I feel the Bourbon amps up vanilla into a grown scent.
