En 2024, j’ai pris la décision de me retirer du bodybuilding. Je ne me suis jamais exprimé à ce sujet. Mais je pense avoir atteint mes objectifs. Et il faut toujours savoir partir au bon moment.
Cette passion restera à jamais dans mon cœur. C’est grâce à elle que j’ai pu m’exprimer, et je lui serai toujours redevable pour tout ce qu’elle m’a apporté et je serais toujours présent pour mes anciens athlètes, devenus aujourd’hui, ma famille.
Ce qui permet de rester concentré, c’est de n’accorder aucune importance à ce qui se dit. Ni aux compliments, ni aux critiques. Rien n’est jamais acquis.
La vision de l’objectif doit être tellement sacrée que rien ne puisse nous détourner, ni se mettre en travers de notre chemin.
